When you are thinking about starting therapy, feeling comfortable with the person you’re opening up to really matters. You deserve to feel at ease, understood, and confident in who you are working with.

That’s why I offer a complimentary 20-minute telephone consultation before you book anything. It gives us space to explore what you’re looking for, answer any questions you may have, and — most importantly — get a sense of whether we’d work well together.
There’s absolutely no pressure to commit afterwards. What matters most is that you find the right support for you, so you can move forward feeling clear, confident, and supported in reaching your goals.
All clients must have an Initial Consultation before sessions take place.
When it comes to managing our anxiety, there is no such thing as waving a magic wand. Ultimately it is down to you to want to make the changes and be willing to engage in the therapeutic process in order to achieve the benefits from the sessions.
Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
I operate a 24 hours cancellation policy. If less than 24 hours notice is given then the session will be charged at the full amount or deducted from a block booking.
Block bookings are non-refundable.
Face to Face Sessions

I offer in-person therapy in my relaxed and comfortable therapy cabin in Hatfield Peverel, Chelmsford.

I'm located just off The Street and I am 5 minutes away from Hatfield Peverel Train Station. I also have private parking on my driveway if you are coming by car.
Online Therapy
​
Online hypnotherapy sessions via Zoom offer a flexible and effective way to access support, wherever you are.
Whether you would prefer to stay in the comfort of your own home, live outside the local area, or simply want to avoid travelling, remote therapy makes it easier to prioritise your wellbeing.
Therapy over Zoom is just as effective as face-to-face sessions and offers greater flexibility around work, family life, and other commitments.
