Sessions & Prices

Sessions can take place online

or in person in my private home therapy room in Witham, Essex

(please note that there are set of stairs to climb to access the room).

All clients must have an Initial Consultation before sessions  take place.

When it comes to managing our anxiety, there is no such thing as waving a magic wand. Ultimately it is down to you to want to make the changes and be willing to engage in the therapeutic process in order to achieve the benefits from the sessions.

Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the session.

I operate a 24 hours cancellation policy. If less than 24 hours notice is given then the session will be charged at the full amount or deducted from a block booking.

Block bookings are non-refundable.
