Online and face to face sessions available in Hatfield Peverel, Chelmsford, Essex
All clients must have an Initial Consultation before sessions take place.
When it comes to managing our anxiety, there is no such thing as waving a magic wand. Ultimately it is down to you to want to make the changes and be willing to engage in the therapeutic process in order to achieve the benefits from the sessions.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy usually works quickly and the number of sessions can be discussed in more detail in the Initial Consultation.
Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
I operate a 24 hours cancellation policy. If less than 24 hours notice is given then the session will be charged at the full amount or deducted from a block booking.
Block bookings are non-refundable.
If you are looking for in-person therapy sessions, I am 5 minutes from Hatfield Peverel Station. There is private parking on my driveway and I am within close access links to the A12 to the surrounding areas: Witham, Maldon, Chelmsford, Braintree, Basildon, Billericay, Brentwood, Wickford, Colchester and Halsted.
