We meet weekly online to explore a specific themes that are designed to create inner calm and elevate your perception, patterns and behaviors. You will have the opportunity to be coached around anything you are dealing with that week - from managing your anxiety, developing your self-confidence and creating boundaries... to dealing with your fears or lack of motivation (and anything in between!)

 

We'll end the session with hypnosis to really cement the work we've spoken about in the call and to help bring that future version of us into the present moment.

I know that we're all super busy so don't worry if you can't make it live. These are all recorded - so if you ever miss one you can catch it at a time that works for you.

If you have a question that you want answering on the call then you can submit those - and watch it on the replay at a time that suits you.
