Once you have decided that you're ready to step away from the anxiety and overwhelm and work towards the more aligned version of you, we'll hop on a call and get to work straight away with a bespoke plan.
A bespoke program tailored to your needs.
You will have your own dedicated online learning portal, which is packed with bespoke support materials and hypnosis audios created especially for you. As you move through the programme more resources will be added according to your needs.
A weekly 1:1 session to support your needs.
These give you the opportunity to be coached around anything you are dealing with that week, from managing your anxiety, developing your self-confidence and creating boundaries to dealing with your fears or lack of motivation.
Hypnotherapy - guided relaxation
Each weekly 1:1 will include a hypnosis session. This not only helps to reduce anxiety because it is so calming and relaxing, but also aids in you sleeping better and encourages a shift in your perspective, making changes and goals more attainable.
